The Town Manager has stated that the RecPlex "will move forward at risk". After losing significant portions of two lawsuits and a third suit still pending is it responsible to risk $21 million when the legality is unknown? Is it responsible to put this much money at risk considering our already dire budgetary crisis and looming school layoffs? It’s just too much money and we can’t afford to waste 21 million dollars. Vote No on Rec Plex Articles 9, 10, and 20.
